WORKSHOP CUSTOMER ASSURANCE CHART

The below structure shows the flow of service in the workshop, from the initial client contact to the stage that the job has been completed. This chart ensures that customers receive a high quality of service at the best price.

CUSTOMER CONTACTS SA MOTORCYCLES

Free estimate policy is explained to customer and a free estimate (general approximate of cost) is given to customer. At this stage if customer is unhappy with the estimate, they are free to leave, however if they are interested in having SA Motorcycles complete the job, they accept our offer to do a fixed price quote. Customer agrees to receive a fixed price quote and is asked to sign the repair order which includes the estimate on it. The customer is given a copy of this chart and the repair order.

FIXED PRICE QUOTE

Customer is then charged on an hourly rate basis until a fixed price quote can be established. Once it is established the result and conditions of the fixed price quote are explained to the customer. Customer then chooses to go ahead or decides they are unhappy with the fixed price quote. At this stage SA Motorcycles will do their best to come up with a price that the customer is happy with, if not the customer pays the hourly rate charge and is free to leave.

GO AHEAD FOR WORK

Now that the fixed price quote has been accepted, an adequate deposit (as per our deposit procedure) will be taken. The job is then completed at the guaranteed fixed price. However, as required, quote for any extra unrelated work found while completing the original work, inform customer of this and also complete if given the go ahead. All details including quotes and completed work to be recorded on the customers repair order.
